First time buying from Lovell Soccer. Saw a nice pair of AstroTurf boots, ordered them, paid for them, got order confirmation number. Couple of hours later, got an email saying they'd no stock left so refunded my money. Although they are still available to order in my size. Will just bypass this company in future.
2 weeks and still no despatch mail or reply to emails other than "we will tell you it's dispatched once it's dispatched" . Absolute joke , no phone number , just want a refund now but have given up , £40 wasted

I've used lovell for years and never had any issues with them, the last order was nike books which after a month the rear stud broke off, I contacted lovell and within 7-10 days a replacement pair were with me and the return postage was pain back to me, no issues, no nonsense, top company
It was quick, easy and reliable i will definitely be recommending this to my academy team mates and family 10/10 will be using from now on. Good prices.

Ordered a jacket and running gloves.Order paid for and confirmed, then received an email stating the running jacket was not actually in stock but the gloves had been dispatched, did not want the gloves without the jacket. Out of pocket as I will need to return them ( not pre paid) , AVOID!!!!!!!!!
